When is the best time to book our Session?

If you require a weekday slot I usually have much more availability during this time.  Weekends can be more difficult mainly due to Weddings and Events, so please try to get these booked in a few weeks in advance.  I often have cancellations too, so there is always a chance I maybe able to slot you in last minute.

How do we book a photo session?

It's very simple, no deposit needed.  We just discuss a date and get you booked in.

Where will the session take place?

We can discuss this with what best suits your requirements.  I have pretty parks I often work in, so I know little hotspots, or I can always come to your home.  

How Can we prepare for the session?

I always suggest to avoid wearing black, but if you wanted to wear black its absolutely fine.  If the session is at your home I would suggest clearing a little space near windows as I will always work where there is natural light.  This is something I can advise more when I am at your home and have accessed the space.

What will you be photographing during the session?

This is your hour slot, and so we can do whatever suits you.  A mix of little one(s) on their own, with mum, with dad, all the family together etc.. I have lots of ideas and shots I usually do, and i'm always happy to see any pictures you may want me to replicate.

What happens after?

I will go away and lovingly work on all of your images, retouching each one individually.  You will receive a minimum of 40 high resolution digital images ( either on a disc or via a download link).

This takes around 3 weeks.





FAQs

SHOULD I HAVE LOTS OF OUTFITS READY?

I wouldn't suggest to have lots of outfits. Keep things simple.  One hour can go quite quickly so perhaps one outfit change at the most.

I HAVE SEEN SOME PICTURES I LOVE, CAN YOU REPLICATE THESE?

Sure!  Send me over a few images that you love ad I will certainly do my best to acheive something similar or even better.

DO YOU HAVE PROPS AND A SCREEN FOR INDOOR SHOOTS?

I am a lifestyle photographer, I work with natural surroundings in your home or outside to acheieve the beautiful images that capture a real moment. I will always direct you to ensure we are using the best space and light within your home / outdoors.

MY LITTLE ONE HAS A GRAIZE, BRUISE ON HIS/HER  FACE CAN WE STILL GO AHEAD WITH THE SHOOT?

Yes!  I retouch all images, I am often editing out little knocks and bruises or any little blemishes you or your child may have.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE AN OUTDOOR SESSION AND IT RAINS?

We will always keep a look out at the weather forecast, and if its looking like it maybe wet we can reschedule beforehand.  If the weather doesn't look good but you did still want to go ahead with the shoot then you will be liable for the cost of the shoot, this is why I always suggest rescheduling in advance.

During your hour slot we can make time for any family shots. if you feel you need extra time I am happy to add this at a rate of £50 for half an hour
